Textropolis on Touch Arcade

Posted by: Ian In: iPhone

Textropolis has been lucky enough to be covered by Touch Arcade, the biggest iPhone gaming site on the web!

With 30 starting words and thousands of possible words, this $1.99 game offers plenty of gameplay. Without time limits, it can be a rather relaxing experience that you can pick up and continue at any time throughout your day.

First, thanks for this great game!

I saw this through MacRumors(wich links to toucharcade). Me and my girlfriend stayed up late in bed playing this together. Bed is usually the place for sleep or other stuff…

It’s also funny that you’ve got “skit” as a screenshot since in sweden that means “crap”. Not sure if it’s a good thing or not but you could probably get alot more publicity here in sweden if you keep that screenshot.

Would love to get a localized swedish version of this. Is that something you have plans for?

Glad you like the game! Right now I don’t really have the resources to translate the game into other languages.

Thank you for this wonderful game it is superbly. My partner is blind she can just see a little, I write the nine letters on an A4 sheet in felt pen and we both play together. No time problems excellent touch keys, the last word key make it easy to cover the plurals. When by accident you find a word you do not know the meaning of. The fly by helicopter definitions of words is just right.
Rachael and I are now going throught the game a second time, we are getting better and have now reached gold stars which gives it that little extra.

Please is there any chance of you adding more places names to the game say in an upgrade? Its rare that we find somthing that works for us.
Rachael & Josh the guide dog say thank you and best wishes from us all.
