<p>The garage portion of Zero Gear will allow players to customize their kart and character. This portion of the game with heavy utilization of <a href="http://nimblebit.blogspot.com/2008/06/hikari-in-game-flash-gui.html">Hikari</a> which enabled me to engineer the gui elements in flash and actionscript. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>At Reality Check we use a realtime 3D graphics package called VizRT to build packages for television broadcasters.  As a demo I built this interactive touchscreen scene to visualize primary election results as they&#8217;re reported, similar to something you&#8217;d see on CNN or another news network.  The geometry is all rendered in OpenGL and controlled through a scripting language that is a subset of VBScript.  I tried to capture video of it to show all the flashy rotating 3D elements but I couldn&#8217;t find a program to capture the video output from VizRT.  There is also an interface that lets you paint on the screen in various colors.</p>

Clicking on the thumbnails will load them in the viewer (some are not high resolution).  You can search through panoramas through the search field up top (there are some cool ones under HDR).  Click the fullscreen button up top, or double click the panoramic image to go fullscreen (should run a bit faster).  Many optimizations could be made, and I&#8217;m not able to test any higher than a 1440&#215;900 resolution at the moment.  Powered by Papervision3D 1.5 and of course Flickr. Note: the tag &#8220;equirectangular&#8221; is automatically included in any search.</p>
